Quotes and Payments:

a. The cost of the services will be provided to you in a written quotation based on the information provided by you. The quotation may include charges for packing materials, labor, transportation, and any additional services requested.

b. Payment terms will be specified in the quotation, and you are required to make the payment as agreed before the commencement of the move.

c. Additional charges may apply if there are any changes to the agreed-upon services or if there are unforeseen circumstances during the move.

Customer Responsibilities:

a. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your belongings and the move's requirements.
b. You must ensure that your possessions are appropriately packed and ready for transportation.
c. You should be present or have an authorized representative present during the packing, loading, and unloading processes.

Insurance:

a. We may offer insurance coverage for your belongings during the move. The terms and conditions of the insurance will be provided separately, and you can choose to opt-in or opt-out as per your preference.
b. Any damages or losses during the move should be reported to us in writing within a specified time, as mentioned in the insurance policy.

Delays and Changes:

a. While we make every effort to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or other events beyond our control.
b. If you need to reschedule or make changes to the move, please notify us as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply for last-minute changes.

Cancellation:

a. If you wish to cancel the move after booking our services, please inform us in writing at the earliest possible time.
b. Depending on the time of cancellation, there may be applicable cancellation fees.

Limitation of Liability:

a. While we take utmost care in handling your belongings, we are not liable for damages caused by factors beyond our control, such as accidents, natural disasters, or improper packing by the customer.
b. Our liability for any damages will be limited to the terms of the insurance policy, if opted for.

Dispute Resolution:

In the event of any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or the services provided, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be subject to the laws of [Your country or state], and the courts in Thane will have exclusive jurisdiction.
